the patriarchy is inevitable
The Patriarchy Podcast is a call to men-embrace your God-given masculinity for the glory of Christ and the good of His Kingdom We equip men to own their God-given masculinity and take responsibility in every sphere—fatherhood, citizenship, marriage, church leadership, and beyond. Through bold discussions, practical wisdom, and deep theology, we challenge men to reject the lies of feminism and effeminacy and stand firm as faithful men.
Unapologetically patriarchal. We wield humor like a battle-axe, drop hard truth like a hammer, and give real-world wisdom you can actually use. We train men to be warriors, builders, and protectors—men who fight, lead, and refuse to quit. We speak plainly. We do not compromise. We do not back down. If that offends someone, well…good.
This is a call to arms. Build. Fight. Protect. Lead.
MEET the
patriarch
Joseph Spurgeon is a pastor, husband, father of eight, and unapologetic advocate for biblical masculinity. As the host of The Patriarchy Podcast, he has spent years equipping men to reject modern weakness and embrace their God-given role as leaders, builders, and protectors.
Joseph’s mission is clear—to see men rise up in faith and godliness, to see families strengthened, and to see Christ honored in our nation. A seasoned street preacher and evangelist, he believes that real men don’t sit on the sidelines—they take action for Christ, their families, and their communities.
Before pastoring, Joseph served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army Reserves (2000-2008). A lifelong musician, Joseph also played in an electronic rock band, worked as a DJ, and has an eclectic taste in music—ranging from bluegrass and old-school country to reggae, ska, and electronic beats. If it’s got soul, rhythm, or an edge, he probably listens to it.
He is a graduate of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, though now firmly Presbyterian (baptize your babies). When he’s not pastoring, podcasting, or engaging in cultural warfare, you’ll find him spending time with his family, hunting, or making terrible dad jokes.
Through The Patriarchy Podcast, Joseph challenges men to stop drifting and start building, to lead with strength, and to embrace the high calling of manhood.
Listen up.
Men are under attack. Weakness is praised. Strength is mocked. Courage is ridiculed. Biblical manhood is treated like a disease. But here’s the truth—the Patriarchy is inevitable. Masculinity is making a comeback.
The election of President Trump, the rise of the manosphere, and the red-pill movement have exposed what we already knew—men are searching for something real. They crave strength, order, and purpose. This is good but we need more. We need men who fight for the glory of Christ and the love of His Kingdom.
The Patriarchy Podcast is here to equip men to answer that call. Hosted by Pastor Joseph Spurgeon, this podcast is a call to arms for men who refuse to bow to the lies of feminism, woke culture, and the plague of effeminacy. We tackle real issues—fatherhood, theology, politics, marriage, leadership, men's health and more—through engaging discussions, hard truth, and plenty of humor.
We bring in top-tier guests—pastors, fighters, scholars, and men who know what it takes to lead. We sharpen iron with iron, training men to be strong in body, mind, and heart—for the glory of God and the love of their families.
If you're sick of soft Christianity…
If you’re done watching manhood get neutered…
If you know deep down that it’s time to stand up and fight…Welcome to your Tribe.
